- Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss sweet potatoes: In a large bowl, combine the diced sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Toss to coat.
- Roast sweet potatoes: Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.

- Create sweet potato mash: Transfer the roasted sweet potatoes to a large bowl and mash until smooth. Add brown sugar and melted butter, and mix well.
- Serve: Serve the sweet potato mash and add your desired toppings.
