1. If you’re adding herbs or seasonings, start by mixing them into the cream cheese until evenly distributed. This step is optional, but it adds a personalized touch and extra flavor to the roll ups. In our case, we used banana pepper slices.
2. Lay a slice of salami flat on your work surface. Spread a thin layer of the seasoned cream cheese over the surface of the salami slice. Make sure to spread it out evenly for consistent flavor.
3. Carefully roll the salami slice into a tight log, enclosing the cream cheese within.
4. Repeat the process with the remaining salami slices and cream cheese.
5. Once you have all your salami rolls prepared, you can serve them whole, or for easier eating, slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces.
