This is so tasty, I found it hard to believe it was just 3 ingredients

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2. Peel, core, and quarter the apples. Cook them in a saucepan with water over medium heat for 4 minutes until slightly softened. Remove from heat, add sugar, and let it cool.
3. Cut each pastry sheet in half, then each half into three rectangles.
4. Moisten the edge of one rectangle, place cooked apple on it. Top with another pastry rectangle with slits.
5. Press edges of pastry together to seal. Repeat to make six parcels.
6. Place parcels on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
7. Sprinkle the tops with extra sugar.
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and puffed.
Enjoy this delightful 3-Ingredient Apple Danish while still warm for the best taste and texture. Store any remaining pastries in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Simply reheat in the oven for a few minutes to enjoy them again.
