Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together the drained corn, cream-style corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter until well combined.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the corn mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
  6. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until the casserole is set in the middle and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the casserole stand for 5 minutes before serving.
