Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, stir together the drained corn, cream-style corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the corn mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
- Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until the casserole is set in the middle and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the casserole stand for 5 minutes before serving.
