Ingredients:
4 cups diced ripe mangoes
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions:
Add the diced mangoes to a large saucepan or pot and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until the mangoes start to break down and become soft.
Add the sugar and lemon juice to the pot and stir to combine.
Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 45-60 minutes, stirring occasionally. The mixture should start to thicken and become jam-like.
