VEGAN LIONS MANE MUSHROOM STEAKS!
Ingredients:
2 large Lion’s Mane mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean the Lion’s Mane mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp paper towel. Do not rinse them as they will absorb water and become soggy.
