Prepare the stuffing: Follow the instructions on the stovetop stuffing package.
Stuff the turkey: Place a slice of turkey on a flat surface. Spoon a generous amount of stuffing onto the turkey. Fold the turkey over the stuffing to form a pocket. Secure the pocket with toothpicks.
Bake: Place the stuffed turkey pockets on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through.
Serve: Serve the turkey pockets with mashed potatoes and green bean casserole. Pour Knorr turkey gravy over the dish.
Note: For a thinner turkey pocket, use thinner slices of deli turkey.
