1. Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker. (Optional: Brown ahead of time before putting in) .
2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
3. Add garlic and diced butter on top of the chicken.
4. Sprinkle lemon zest over the chicken and add lemon slices in.
5. Pour the chicken broth around the chicken in the slow cooker.
6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (3-4 on high) or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Once cooked, serve the chicken with its flavorful sauce from the slow cooker.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and lemon slices for an extra burst of flavor and color.
