Recipe Ingredients.
– 2 cups wheat flour
– 2 teaspoons baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 cup cold butter, cut into small cubes
– 1 cup grated cheese (can be cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite cheese)
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 beaten egg (for brushing the surface)
– Sesame or sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
