Ingredients
1 roll of ready-made puff pastry (rectangular)
10-12 slices of bacon (thin)
1 egg (for brushing)
Grated parmesan cheese (optional, for sprinkling)
Sesame seeds or dried oregano (optional, for garnish)
Preparation
Preheat the oven:
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the puff pastry:
Roll out the puff pastry on a flat surface and cut into strips approximately 2 cm wide.
If necessary, adjust the size of the bacon slices to match the length of the pastry strips.
Roll the bacon:
Place a slice of bacon on each strip of pastry and gently roll into a spiral (like a straw).
Brush with egg wash:
