Homemade bread is delicious but can take quite a while to make and usually creates a mess in the process. In this recipe, we show how to make bread using just two ingredients.
All you need to make this simple bread is ice cream and self-rising flour. If you don’t have self-rising flour, you can simply add 2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to all-purpose flour, and it will act as self-rising flour. You can use any flavor of ice cream you want in the bread and that the ice cream serves to slightly sweeten the bread.
Warning: For best results, use full-fat ice cream and do not attempt to replicate this with low-fat ice cream.
